Amanda Yun is a high school student in the Palo Alto area and began A Touch of Sweet Bakery both as a creative outlet and a way to support local nonprofits. She has loved sweets since childhood and began her baking journey in elementary school. Through numerous summer camps, YouTube videos, and even an internship at Sugar Bliss, an acclaimed Chicago bakery, she has developed both her skills and her passion as a baker. Over time, she has progressed from basic cookies to french macarons and has even built a croquembouche! Amanda prides herself in making all of her baked goods from scratch with high-quality ingredients including organic flour, organic eggs, and organic sugar.
