1. When and how can I order?
To have your order fulfilled for the soonest possible Saturday pick-up date, please order by 5 pm on Wednesday that same week (three days prior to the pick-up date). All orders placed after 5 pm on Wednesday will not be ready for pick-up until the following Saturday. Place your order through the built-in system by clicking "checkout" after you have placed your items into your cart.
For example, if you place your order at 3 pm on Wednesday, August 4, your order will be ready for pick-up on Saturday, August 7th (see Pick-up & Catering page for more detail). However, if you place your order at 1 pm on Thursday, August 5th your order will be ready for pickup the following Saturday, August 14th (not Saturday, August 7th).
2. What organic ingredients do you use?
Here is a list of our organic ingredients:
- Brown sugar
- Candy canes
- Chocolate chips
- Gluten-free oats
- Granulated sugar
- Matcha powder
- Powdered sugar
- Vanilla extract
2. How will I get my baked goods?

3. Do your products have to be refrigerated?
None of our products require refrigeration, but you may store any of them in the fridge to extend their shelf life. Just bring them up to room temperature before serving.
4. What is the shelf life for your products?
The cookies, bars, and shortbreads last for around 3 days in their packaging, though they will likely lose their crisp quality. The macaroons are good for about 1 week. Refrigeration will extend shelf life, however the products are likely to go soft.
5. Do you do catering?

6. Can I get individual quantities of your products?
Unfortunately we cannot take orders for single cookies, brownies, etc.
7. Do you offer refunds, cancellations, or modifications?
Unfortunately, all orders are final, and we cannot process any refunds, cancellations, or modifications to your order.
